For local advertisers

A local billboard that follows your customers home.

Your ad, on screens riding through your neighbourhood, every day — no design agency, no six-figure minimum, no lock-in.

The mechanism

What it actually is

We don't add riders. We equip the ones already on the road.

PedalPanel puts a small LED advertising screen on the delivery bags already carried by e-bike riders working for Uber Eats, DoorDash, and other delivery platforms in your area. As riders do their normal deliveries, your ad rotates on the screen — repeatedly, in the same streets, to the same residents, day after day.

We don't change how riders work. We just put a screen on bags that are already moving through your suburb, all day, every day.

The psychology

Why it works

The same rider, the same streets, day after day. That's what a billboard can't do.

A billboard is fixed — it only reaches whoever happens to drive past. Your PedalPanel ad rides the same delivery routes through your neighbourhood every day, past the same homes, offices and cafés, on a screen that's already moving through streets a static sign never reaches.

That repetition is what builds recognition — it typically takes around seven exposures before a message sticks. A city-wide fleet of riders doing normal deliveries racks that up automatically, without you paying for a fixed spot only some of your customers ever pass.

Reach

City-wide, like never before

Physical advertising was never built to scale across a whole city. Now it is.

Getting a physical presence across Sydney used to mean a billboard network — a different contract, a different price, in every suburb you wanted to appear in. The only thing that ever scaled city-wide affordably was digital: a Meta or Google campaign with a radius dial. PedalPanel is the first time those two things aren't a trade-off.

Your ad rides across the whole city by default — every active rider, every neighbourhood the fleet delivers into, all day. It's the reach of a digital city-wide buy, except it's physical, it's moving through real streets, and people see it more than once. That repetition is the part a scrollable ad can't do.

Precision

Pick where your ad shows up

City-wide is the default, but it isn't the only option. Every campaign can be pointed at specific zones — select the areas where you want your ad eligible to appear, and it plays only to riders passing through them. Right now, zones are large — City, West, South, City North and North, five broad districts across where we're live today. As our fleet grows, coverage expands past these zones toward Sydney-wide, and each existing zone also splits into smaller, more precise areas — a live map, not a fixed one.

Help draw the map

The zone map is still being drawn. Advertisers who come on now aren't just getting in early — they're some of the first campaigns to help shape where those boundaries land as the map sharpens.

Hyper-local — on the way

Zone precision follows fleet density, not the other way around. The more riders we have on the road in an area, the tighter we can draw the lines without leaving gaps in coverage — so hyper-local targeting isn't a feature we're holding back, it's one that gets unlocked as the fleet fills in.

As new rental shops come on board across Sydney, expect zones to keep splitting — suburb-sized today, street-level eventually. Founding advertisers get every upgrade to that map automatically, at no extra cost.

How pricing works

You set a daily budget — that's the only number you need to think about. We handle the rest: pacing your spend across the day, weighting it toward the hours your customers are actually out and about (lunch and evening), and showing your ad in a continuous rotation alongside a small number of other advertisers, never buried among dozens.

You only pay for time your ad is verifiably live and moving — tracked directly from the screen's own GPS. If your full budget isn't used on a given day, you're not charged for it. No wasted spend, no black-box reporting.

Pricing at a glance

$40/day 2,400 plays/day

This is what your budget delivers — and if we ever fall short, you're not charged for the difference.

Why this is different

Physical presence, without the billboard price tag.

Most local advertising options force a trade-off: billboards are expensive and fixed in one spot; social ads are cheap but easy to scroll past and forget; letterbox drops go straight in the recycling. PedalPanel is the first way to get physical, repeated, real-world visibility in your own neighbourhood — at a price close to what you'd spend on a modest social campaign, not a billboard contract.
