How it works
Four steps from your first click to the street. Here's every one, and what happens after.
Step 1: Pick how many plays you want and how many days they run.

A play is one showing of your ad: 6 seconds on the bag's screens, between other ads.
Plays come in blocks. A$10.00 incl. GST buys 600. The minimum is A$10.00 incl. GST.
You choose how many days it runs, from 1 to 90. Each day needs at least A$10.00 of plays.
The length doesn't change the price.
These are estimates, counted from your start date. They depend on free screen space.
Worth knowing
- You can change plays and days any time before you pay.
- Too many plays for those days? The builder shows the shortest time we can run them, or the most plays that fit.
- Fully booked? Contact us to plan a start.
Step 2: Sign up and pay. Campaigns can take up to a month to get on the road, and you get a full refund any time before your ad starts.

First you make an account, so you can follow your campaign. Then you pay by card on Stripe's secure page.

Your ad is one wide image, three times as wide as it is tall. It wraps the bag: left side, back, right side.
Our template is 2172 × 724 pixels. Anything from 1800 × 600 works: you crop it to fit in the builder.
Still images only: JPEG, PNG or WebP.
Big, bold text. Six words or fewer. Light on dark reads best.

Hide or delete the guides before you upload.
We check every ad before it runs. We don't take:
- No food delivery platforms or apps
- No political ads
- No gambling
- No adult content
- No vaping or tobacco
Restaurants and cafés are welcome. Ads must be lawful, truthful and fine for all ages. Read the Content Policy.
Step 4: We put it on the bikes.
Out on the street.
Campaigns can take up to a month to get on the road: we'll email you an estimated start date, and once your ad is approved it goes live on the bikes around then.
It runs until every play you paid for has been shown.
The days you choose set the estimate. Some weeks your plays add up faster, some weeks slower, so the finish day can move.

Step 5: Watch the plays add up.
Every play, logged.
Each screen keeps a log of every play it shows. The logs reach your dashboard a day or so later, added up day by day.
Nothing on the dashboard is live. Today's plays show up a day or so later.

If something goes wrong.
- Before your ad starts
- Full refund any time before your ad starts. Contact us to ask for it.
- If we can't approve it
- Send a new image before your start date and we'll check it again, or ask for a full refund.
- If we can't deliver your plays
- We refund the plays not shown, in proportion. Card payments go back to your card; credit comes back as credit.
- If you want to stop part way
- Contact us and we'll stop it. Plays already shown count. The rest come back as account credit, in full, with no fee, valid for 12 months. It isn't refunded to your card.
Card refunds can take 5 to 10 business days to show.
